This is a book for parents and their children, particularly children in the middle grade school range. It is an illustrated Small Catechism that helps teach children about the Ten Commandments, the Creed, the Lord's Prayer, Baptism, the Lord's Supper and the Office of the Keys.
There is not a lot of reading here, actually just Luther's wonderful, concise explanations. And the pictures can help parents teach their children about the meanings of the First Commandment, the Blessings of Baptism, and so on.
